Jamison Feramisco, MD PhD

Dr. Jamison Feramisco, MD, PhD, became the Chief Executive Officer of Alternate Health Corp., in April 2017. Dr. Feramisco is the Founder and President of ApriHealth (formerly Transfuse Solutions). In addition to this appointment, Dr. Feramisco serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Third Eye Health and Advanced Healthcare Solutions nursing home chain. Furthermore, he currently holds the titles of President and Chief Medical Officer of Golden Healthcare of Temecula, California, a medical service corporation specializing in home health care designed with the patient’s need for personal care and safety in mind. He is Physician-in-Chief at Scanadu Inc., and is a Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Hoh Labs and Innomon LLC.

Dr Feramisco has an extensive history of success in founding, funding and growing numerous healthcare service and technology companies. He focuses primarily on three areas of medicine: hospitalist medicine, dermatology, and wound care. He served as Senior Medical Officer of Medicine, Technology & Product Development and Member of Gold & Green Advisory Group at World Organics Inc. from November 25, 2014 to January 2016. Dr. Feramisco has a successful track record as an Entrepreneur and is a respected Angel Investor and Consultant for venture capital and private equity. He has been a Director of Alternate Health Corp. since February 2017. Additionally, he serves as a Member of Life Sciences & Healthcare Advisory Board at JRG Ventures, LLC. Trained in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology, he also completed his PhD research thesis in the laboratory of Nobel Laureates Drs. Mike Brown and Joe Goldstein at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
